We are very proud of our dedicated teaching staff. Some of our staff have taught multiple generations of Borgo students and have trained new teachers coming up through the ranks. Most of our teachers danced as young children with us, and were selected not only for their dance abilities, but also for their communication skills and dedication to our Borgo philosophy. All teachers “student teach” and assist in the classroom with a senior teacher, and most have received countless hours of continued dance education outside our studio at annual summer dance conventions and through college programs.
All dances, choreography and lesson plans are decided collectively by our entire staff, with an emphasis on child development, consistency from class to class, and progression.
Teachers are trained in all forms of dance: jazz, tap, ballet, hip-hop, lyrical, modern.
Our staff is committed to the tradition of a program that builds self-esteem, teaches manners and self-awareness as well as instilling a love for dance.
Call us to arrange a visit to meet our friendly staff and observe a class!
